Snorlax wakes up not because you're playing a RELAXING MELODY, but because he smells WEED. And then, during the battle, he will go back to sleep because WEED MAKES YOU SLEEP. THAT IS WHY SNORLAX DOES NOTHING BUT EAT AND SLEEP. Because you can't put down the BONG.

Why is Snorlax hard to catch? Because Red is under the influence, and, with weed being a depressant, is going to have his Pokémon abilities severely impaired.

Why is Red silent all the time? Not because he's emo/stoic/stilent like fanon loves to say, but because he's a STONER. He went up to Mt. Silver because no one wanted to deal with him and his smelly WEED. He stays in one spot in the freezing cold because people who smoke lots of weed don't MOVE and don't feel things like COLD as well. He probably disappears after you fight him because he fell off, because potheads have poor coordination. If you're not one - trust me.

Fanon also loves to give him stoner eyes. HMMMMMM.

Why is Snorlax so much easier to catch in GoldSilverCrystalHGSS? Because you aren't under the influence of the Pokéflute, and you just use the radio.

...Yeaaaahhh, girlfriend and I had a little too much fun theorizing all of this (but mostly her). I put more effort into theorizing than into the actual stamp. lol derp. But come ON. Like you've never thought that!
