From the Snow Patrol song, "Crack the Shutters". I commissioned *sardonyxweapon to do me a pic of these two with the song for inspiration. ...Despite my incredibly specific instructions, she produced the most amazing lineart anyone anyone has ever produced, EVER. :heart:

So she produced the lineart, and I colored it. Lots of things I tried to do, and losta screw-ups and things I'm too lazy to fix, but eh... I'm a lot happier than I thought I'd be about it. =3 GAAAHHHHH have I ever mentioned that I miss CGing? Because I do.

I tried giving them a subtle stubble (try typing that five times fast!), since most people fail to realize that MEN generally need to SHAVE at some point to maintain non-squirrel-esque jaws. ...And this includes "morning after" pics, too. xD;; "Crack the Shutters" is such a morning after song. n__n;; *has ADD.... shaddup xD* ...And Hughes's eye is BLUE, k thx. ....And it looks like yellow tentacles are coming to rape them. O_o

...Well, I've effectively ruined any warm fluffies this pic may have given xD;; But I like this one. :heart: HughesxRoy is so much love. ;_;

You have no idea how much I love this picture!!!
The colours are fantastic, the expressions are so loveable, and this is the first time i've ever fallen in love with a Hughes X Roy pic :D

Well, I'm totally not a fan of this couple, but I have to admit that this is pretty damn awesome...(and be advised, I do not like Yaoi slash pairings) but the look on Hughes face is just so damn adorable.... and your coloring combine with the lineart is very nice indeed.

I actually hate yaoi. =B I don't even consider this couple "yaoi". I have an explanation for my supporting it, but said explanation is 24+ pages long. Let us say nothing save that "yaoi" is a ridiculously idealized fantasy. v_v ...HyuRoi, I prefer to call "BROMANCE".

And thank you. :heart: The coloring was pretty quick, so I was worried it was too sloppy, but I'm glad it suits the picture.
